Warranty

At CnC Rods, I believe in keeping you on the water with a hassle-free warranty. No questions asked—if something happens to your rod, I’ve got you covered.  

Blank Warranty – 1 Year

Each rod blank is backed by a one-year, no-questions-asked warranty. If your blank breaks within the first year of purchase, I will repair or replace it for a flat $50 fee, no matter the cause.

Component Warranty – 3 Years

Guides, hook keepers, and grips are covered for three years after purchase. If any of these components fail, I will repair or replace them at no charge.

Warranty Claim Process

To start a warranty claim, simply contact me at [your contact email] with:

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged area

Once reviewed, I’ll provide instructions on how to send your rod in for repair or replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from CnC Rods.
